Learn how to dance Cha Cha Cha!

Cha Cha Cha is an exciting Latin dance that originated in the 1950's, as a slowed down Mambo. It is a derivation of the Mambo through its Latin music, and is also a stepchild of the Swing as it is danced to a 1-2-3-step rhythm. The term Cha Cha comes from Haiti, where it referred to a component of a bell

We have a special 8-week Intermediate workshop starting at 7pm in Altadena at Stardancers Studio. The Cha Cha Cha workshop will be taught by Sergio Leal and Maria Russell. They will focus around the basic body rhythms of Cha-Cha-Cha. They will cover the fundamentals of leading and following, as well as introduce you to new dance patterns with styling every week. No partner is necessary.
