LATIN DANCE PRO is proud to announce its RED & BLACK Valentine's Day Dinner &
Salsa Dance Party with live music by TABACO Y RON & Latin Ballroom Showcase

Whether you are a couple looking for a place to have a romantic dinner, group of singles or
friends who just want to go out Salsa dancing this is the place to be on Valentine's Day.
Intermediate and Beginner Salsa lessons at 8pm. ($10)

Admission is FREE all night or $62/Person with dinner & Salsa Lessons.
Payment is required at the time your reservation is made
and all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

DINNER MENU
1st Course:
Ixtapa Garden Salad - Organic Baby Green, Mango, Yellow Tomatoes, Jicama,
Avocado, Red Onion Dressed with Tequila Vinaigrette
2nd Course (Select one):
1. Filet Mignon
Grilled Filet Wrapped in Apple Wood Smoked Bacon Topped with a
Mild Mulato Sauce, Papas Con Rajas & Vegetables
2. Sea Bass
Pan Seared Sea Bass Topped with Shrimp & Vera Cruz Sauce, White Rice and Vegetables
3. Roasted Chicken
Boneless Chicken Breast with a Roasted Garlic Sauce, Mexican Rice and Refried Beans
3rd Course:
Berry Phyllo Purse- A Variety of Fresh Berries, Vanilla Ice Cream Drizzled with Chocolate Sauce
Dinner includes a complimentary Champagne or Margarita or Soft Drink.

Dinner is served from 6:30p - 9pm. Salsa lessons at 8pm. Live Music starts at 9pm.
